Reframing Human Capital
More than infrastructure, human capital drives the UAE government as a dynamic force. Across federal entities, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources shapes policies that govern workforce ecosystems and digital human resource strategies.
FAHR doesn’t simply manage people, they are structuring how government evolves through the people that serve in it through policy-making, regulation and development of national human resource systems that meet global standards.

I positioned FAHR’s commitment to employee experience as central to human resources, framing it as a foundational system that powers innovation across government.
In the logomark, I translated this concept into an interconnected system of nodes and structures, visualizing a dynamic network where people, data, and institutions converge to drive progress.
